have had Decca internet service for about one year and I am very happy
with its performance. It was fast at the beginning but a few
months ago Decca increased the speed to about triple what it was
without any increase in cost to me. The technical support is
just a free phone call away and you get a knowledgeable English
speaking person immediately. If anyone is considering going to a
broadband internet service I highly recommend Decca cable.

have been very pleased with Decca Internet services. The
download connection speed that I experience through Decca is normally
three times faster than the speed available through the local DSL
provider at the same cost. Decca contacted me when they thought their
download speed was not as fast as they would like it to be, and they
changed several system components at no cost to me. I would
highly recommend Decca Internet services to anyone considering high
speed Internet connectivity.

Quality
and Dependable service of our DECCA internet
I
am very pleased with both the quality and dependable of service on our
DECCA internet. We enjoy receiving the photos of our
grandchildren and the videos that friends and family send to us.
These were not possible when we had our dial-up service. Shortly
after we were connected to DECCA Cable, we had a problem connecting to
the internet. I called the office and the staff tried to
describe to me how to correct the problem. When this didn't
work, a repairman was at our house the same afternoon. I have
and will continue to recommend DECCA Cable to others.

Try
it - it's GREAT
When
I decided to switch from dial-up to high speed internet last
September, I had two choices: the local telephone company
provider (which offered DSL) or DECCA cable - which is, at a minimum,
2-3 times faster than DSL. In addition, DECCA cable offered
free personal web space for my family web page - the local telephone
company did not.
About two months ago I ran into a DECCA cable tech who was
putting the premium TV package into my neighbor's house. I
stopped to tell him how very satisfied I was with their
high-speed internet service. He said, paraphrased, "If
you're satisfied now, just wait until tonight". Before
that night I used to get around 1800kbps (kilobytes per second)
download and 350kbps upload. That night, and almost
every day since, I get almost 5000kbps download and
500kbps upload -- all at no increase in price!!
On the one occasion I had to query their technical support people,
they solved my problem while I was on the telephone -- within minutes.
I'm very satisfied with DECCA Cable High Speed Internet. Try it - it's
GREAT.
